Who would want to see Sean Avery in a Leaf uniform? ME ME ME
I wonder what the price for Avery would be. The rangers are looking for an offensive defensemen from what I can gather. Perhaps a deal involving Ian White would be the sacrifice because they surely do not have cap room for McCabe (NTC to factor also) or Kubina. Stalman might interest them but White is much closer to NHL ready!
Sign Markov already!
He can make mistakes at the same frequency as McCabe but in the long run I would see him having a huge upside to settling this team down. Strong skating, stubborn and tough. He would probably mix things up nicely.

I hear Frolov is on the block and LA could use a Goalie.
