Mark Bell will be making his Maple Leafs debut on Tuesday against the rival Senators and Kyle Wellwood may also make his regular season debut.

Not likely. Ottawa will expose any Leafs weekness and exploit it. As much as I hate to say it, Ottawa has a very good team and will be that way for several years. The Leafs need the Sens to be hit with a massive flu bug this afternoon.
